The Department of Justice is hereby formed to establish systems for enforcing laws, seeking just punishment for those found guilty of crimes, and to ensure the fair and impartial handling of justice. The government is hereby formed under one nation containing one governing body for the nation, two counties, and numerous cities and towns.

The Senate and Government Board of Directors is hereby formed to direct the creation, alteration, and enforcement of these laws.

Charges are met with BOTH jail time & fines for legal fees and penalties.

Accessory to a Crime Any person assisting with the completion of a crime may be charged with "Accessory to" the crime. Modifier: 0.5x

Attempt of a Crime Any person who attempts a crime may be charged with the "Attempted" crime. Modifier: 0.5x

Aggravated Crime Any person who commits a crime where any victim requires hospitalization as a direct result of the crime. Modifier: 0.5x

Crime against a Government Employee Any person(s) who commits a crime against an on-duty peace officer, paramedic, firefighter, or correctional officer. Modifier: 1.5x
