Refers to someone who assists, aids, or facilitates another person in the act of attempting to kill a peace officer or public servant such as Police Officers, Sheriff’s Deputies, Paramedics, or other individuals working in roles related to public safety or government service. The Accessory helps the primary offender either before or after the crime occurs knowing that the crime is being planned or has been committed.
