Section 2 - Trails, Judicial Powers

The Judicial power shall extend to all cases, in Law and Equity, arising under this Constitution, the Laws of San Andreas and Treaties made, or which shall be made, under their Authority; to all cases affecting public officials, government officials and emergency officials. To all cases in which San Andreas shall be a party. Cases between San Andreas and Citizens, between the citizens of San Andreas, and cases between Citizens and organizations or government agencies
