Amendment 9 - Senate Law

Where any citizen is found guilty of multiple, numerous and/or continuous instances of heinous, malicious, and/or organized capital level crimes in the State of San Andreas in a short period of time, the citizen may be subject the following sentences and/or punishments in spite of the rights and to be carried out at the discretion of the San Andreas Department of Justice.
