Accessory to the Murder of a Public Servant or Peace Officer

Refers to someone who assists, aids, abets, or assists in the commission of the murder of a pa peace officer or public servant such as Police Officers, Sheriff’s Deputies, Paramedics, or other individuals working in roles related to public safety or government service, without directly participating in the act of killing. The accessory helps the principal (the actual murderer) before or after the crime, knowing that the murder is being planned or has already occurred.
