Article 1 - Legislative

We the people of San Andreas, in order to form a more perfect Union, establish Justice, insure domestic Tranquility. Provide for the common defense, promote general welfare and secure the blessings of Liberty to ourselves and posterity. Do ordain and establish this Constitution of San Andreas.

Article 1 ( Article 1 - Legislative)

Section 1 All legislative powers herein shall vested in a congress of San Andreas, which shall consist of Government, Chief Justice and higher powers. All laws and procedures shall be publicly published within the San Andreas Public Documents and Penal Code when effective.
