Amendment 6 - Rights of Accused in Criminal Prosecutions
In all criminal prosecutions, the accused shall enjoy the right to a speedy and public trial, by an impartial Judge of the San Andreas.
The right to a speedy trial shall include the right to have any and Held Until Trial charges filed within 48 hours of arrest. Failure for charges to be posted on the docket within 48 hours could result in the following.
The Defendant could being released from confinement
Bail Conditions could automatically be lifted from the defendant
